In the Philippines, many schools are under-resourced and lack basic infrastructure, affecting students’ safety and ability to learn. To tackle public service issues like this, the government started engaging citizens in monitoring how their national budget was spent.
Sarah shares her story of auditing public schools in Metro Manila to fight for a better education environment for her kids and her community.
